Road Rides

Road Rides - These rides have routes that are planned to happen predominantly on traditional shared roadways. An example of this would be the Chautauqua to Chautauqua Ride (Lakeside, Ohio to Chautauqua, New York) and our Florida rides (predominantly around the Southwest Florida/Gulf Coast area).

West Virginia Road Ride

September 7-13, 2025

As the lyrics to John Denver’s Country Road say, “Take me home, country roads.” Consider joining Scott Low, Ride Champion, and enjoy the beauty of the Appalachian Mountains and the New River Gorge on this five-day ride in West Virginia.

This is a challenging ride with significant mileage and climbs:

Mon 64 mi 3276’ climb

Tue 55 mi 3100’ climb

Wed 50 mi 4200’ climb

Thu 62 mi 4922’ climb

Fri 67 mi 2439’ climb

This is a fully supported ride that includes a sag wagon and two refueling/hydration stops as well as lunch each day.

We will meet at Talmadge United Methodist Church, 207 N Munroe Rd, Talmadge, OH 44278 on Sunday, September 7 at 1:00 pm and will return on Saturday, September 13 at 7:00 pm.
